Return Policy 

We offer FREE return for U.S. orders up to 10 days from delivery, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be shipped back to us no later than 7 days from when the prepaid return label was provided. We do not accept any returns after these timeframes.

Please note the original shipping cost are not refundable.

  • Alaska/Hawaii/APO/FPO orders return label process fee is $12
  • International orders return label process fee is $25

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition with tags attached, and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

To start a return, please click on the Start a Return page on the menu to start the process and print your FREE pre-paid return shipping label. There will be instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
For hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept returns of Underwear. We also do not accept returns on Final sale items or Gift cards. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
